@albertochoa2006 …2 ft square…2 foot deep…i fire up to 50 pipes at a time…i also use alot of pine cones..during the firing…sometimes i fire 4 or 5 …it depends…the coals from the fire stay hot for a long time …i try to keep the fire going for aleast 4 to 6 hours…jim
@jmg1957 Thats one hell of a pit. So its pretty large I’m guessing? I was planning on making a 4 foot wide pit maybe a foot deep to fire my pipes but would the pit get hot enough?
@albertochoa2006 ..the fire pit fires around 2100 degrees …i fire them sometimes for about 6 hours….jim
@jmg1957 how hot are your fire pits!? I thought clay needed to be fired at around 1700 degrees farenheit?
