I smoke 1 bowl of pipe tobacco a day and was wondering if anyone could make a good estimate as to around how many cigarettes 1 bowl would be equivalent to.

I take it you don’t inhale? One cigarette should be worth about 10 bowls. Pipe smokers get far less nicotine than cigarette smokers.
Its not really the same ball game, smoking a pipe versus smoking a cigarette. Cigarette tobacco is treated with chemicals. Pipe tobacco is all natural tobacco treated with food based flavorings. Pipe smokers don’t inhale the smoke. Cigarette smokers inhale to get their nicotine fix. I smoke a pipe, and I am in good health. I play hockey, and work with horses. My doctor has never told me not to smoke a pipe. I typically smoke 4 to 5 pipes a week.
