I’m looking for a website where i can download anti tobacco and smoking videos for my project. I have been searching alot of websites and can’t find anywhere to download the videos I like to use in my project. And what is the embeded code for and how can i use it in a powerpoint for my project. can I also use the videos in youtube with the embeded code? Please help me with this!

Hi I work for a health video website called http://icyou.com. We have many anti-smoking videos which you can download, here are the links to a few of them:

Embed codes only work on websites that can read html. To get them into your Power Point presentation, you need to first download the FLV file by using a site like keepvid.com (you just copy and paste the video page’s URL onto the site and they extract the FLV file for you to download)
To get it into Power Point you first will need to convert the FLV file (which can only be played with Adobe) into a AVI file (which can be played by Windows). To do this I use Handbrake (which you can download here: http://handbrake.fr/). You just put the FLV file into ‘Source’ and select AVI as your output settings- Handbrake converts the file for you and saves it to your computer. After that just select where you would like the video to go in your Power Point and then go to ‘Insert’ and click ‘Video’- select the AVI file you want to insert and you’re done~
Hope this helps!!
